Book online and see the price
Choose box storage or a sized unit, tell us your collection postcode and how long you need. The price includes VAT and shows any duration discount before you commit.

We collect from your door
Our own drivers arrive in the slot you picked, load your packed items from the doorstep, and give you a receipt of everything taken. Nothing goes to a third-party courier.

We bring it back when you ask
Book a return in your account – the whole lot, or just the boxes you need. We deliver to any address within our delivery area, on a date agreed with you.

Collections run faster and cheaper for everyone when the driver can get to your door. Three things make the difference.

Your doorbell needs to work
Drivers cannot always phone on arrival. If the bell is broken or there is no bell, tell us in the special instructions when you book.

Tell reception we are coming
If your building has a concierge, gatehouse or reception, let them know the collection is booked so the driver is not turned away.

Meet the driver at ground floor
Someone needs to be at the ground-floor entrance. Our drivers collect from the doorstep and do not enter homes.
Need us to come inside and do the lifting? That is our removals service – book that instead and we will quote for the whole job.
At the facility
What happens once it leaves your door
Everything is logged against your account so you can see what you have stored.
Items are racked in our own monitored facility – not a shared lock-up.
Your belongings are kept secure with CCTV monitoring and optional extra protection.
Boxes are stored as you packed them – we do not open or repack anything.
Getting it back
You do not have to take it all at once
Request a single box, a few items, or the whole booking.
Deliver to a different address to the one we collected from.
Book returns from your online account or by phone.
Return delivery is charged per box, or quoted for a unit.
