No. Collection and return are one flat price anywhere within 30 miles of us, and the price for the time slot you choose is shown before you book. Further than 30 miles, ask us for a quote.
We cover London, Surrey and Berkshire, up to 30 miles from us. Further than that isn't standard, but ask anyway: for larger jobs we sometimes can, and we'll tell you if we can't.
We usually need 2 working days' notice. Need it sooner? Get in touch: we can often arrange next-day collection locally, subject to availability.
For security, customers can't visit the warehouse, but we'll bring your items to you whenever you need them.
